Access usually takes place via the university network or through VPN from off-campus. This access facilitates scholarly research and the writing of term papers and theses.
Housing Entitlement Certificate for Student Dormitories
In many cities, students with low income or limited financial means can apply for a housing entitlement certificate (WBS) that enables them to access subsidized housing. The WBS entitles them to rent a place in a student dormitory or other subsidized housing forms. Dormitories often provide affordable housing options close to universities and create a social environment through communal living that fosters exchange among students.
