Termination of Vocational Training (Ausbildung) Relationship by the Trainee in Germany 2025

A termination of the vocational training relationship by the trainee is possible at any time during the probation period without giving reasons. After the probation period, the trainee can terminate with a notice period of four weeks if they wish to give up the training or change their vocational field.
